The Acclaimed Compass Atom, can now be purchased without Esc or motor, although I still think the Compass motor, has a big set of BALLsBearing and will outlast all other motors fitted to this model
 
Compass Atom 500E is designed for extreme 3D flying, yet it is forgiving enough for a beginner or intermediate pilot. Alsthough this version is not supplied with the Compass 500BL "Hyper-Torque" motor the Atom 500E will have the power to perform any maneuver your brain can imagine. Mostly assembled, the build time is very short allowing you to fly on the same day as receiving your kit.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
It features a compact and lightweight Carbon Fiber or G-10 (Fiberglass)-airframe with fully metal rotor head. light but strong with strategically placed support posts providing a very rigid chassis. Furthermore, a 120 deg CCPM control system with fully ball raced control arms and shared shaft layout provide a solid base for accurate and crisp control.
 
The kit comes as an almost ready to fly machine (ARTF), with pre-built main frame, head and tail assembly.
Users are thus left to choose their preferred main blades and radio equipment.
