Please note that it is not our policy to make any money from you with regards to postage and packing. We weigh each of our products before adding them to the store to ensure you are provided with accurate shipping quotations. Royal Mail First Class Recorded - for lower value, small, light to medium weight items this is the next cheapest method and normally takes 1 -2 days. Please note that the insurance claim threshold for this service is £34.
RETURNS It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please inform us of any damaged or defective items within 7 days of purchase where we will replace the item FOC or offer a refund at our discretion. You may be required to return the damaged or defective item(s). This does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty where it applies.
Similarly, if an order is incorrect in anyway, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will endeavour to correct your order as soon as we can. You may be required to return incorrect order items.
If, for any other reason, you wish to return an item then please call us beforehand stating the reason within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in the condition they were sent. A refund will be issued minus the original delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee.
