Please note that it is not our policy to make any money from you with regards to postage and packing.  We weigh each of our products before adding them to the store to ensure you are provided with accurate shipping quotations.  We also give you the opportunity to choose the delivery service that best suits you and your budget - options outlined below.  Where possible, orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.

 

The available shipping Options are:
 
Royal Mail First Class - for lower value, small, light to medium weight items this is the cheapest method and normally takes 1 -2 days.  Please note that there is no tracking with this service nor is there any insurance against damaged or lost items. 

 

Royal Mail First Class Recorded - for lower value, small, light to medium weight items this is the next cheapest method and normally takes 1 -2 days.  Please note that the insurance claim threshold for this service is £34. 

UK Special Delivery - Again, for small, light to medium weight items but of a higher value and/or if a guaranteed next day service (by 1300hrs) is required.  The insurance claim threshold for this service is £500.  A Special Delivery Saturday service is also available for an additional £2.

Courier – For larger, medium to heavy weight items this is the most cost effective method.  At a fixed price of £7.95 this is a fully insured and guaranteed next day courier service to Mainland UK.  This service is not available for Saturday delivery and a maximum weight of 25kg applies.
 
International - Please contact us for a quotation.

 

 

RETURNS

 

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.  Please inform us of any damaged or defective items within 7 days of purchase where we will replace the item FOC or offer a refund at our discretion. You may be required to return the damaged or defective item(s).  This does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty where it applies.

Similarly, if an order is incorrect in anyway, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.  We will endeavour to correct your order as soon as we can.  You may be required to return incorrect order items.

If, for any other reason, you wish to return an item then please call us beforehand stating the reason within 14 days of receiving your order.  The goods must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in the condition they were sent. A refund will be issued minus the original delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee.

Please call for us for authorisation before returning any items.  Refunds will only be credited to the same credit or debit card originally used to purchase the goods.
