"3D Championships 2009"
Well we had a very successful weekend at the 3D Championships heli competition on 25-27th September held at Croft Farm near Tewkesbury.
Our pilots Charlie Cave, Matt Lodge and Richie Clark did really well.
Matt Lodge came a very credible 7th in Intermediates with some really superb flying. Possibly would have got higher but lost out in the scoring system a little this year.
Charlie Cave got into the finals in Intermediates finishing 4th overall with some fantastic controlled flying. Charlie has really improved this year and 2010 will no doubt see Charlie with some high placings again.
Richie Clark flew the best we seen him yet with a 1st in Intermediates. Not only that but his Victory flight showed just how low and exciting his flying has become.
